An Overview of the Services We Provide

Baldwin Davis Group believes this about leadership: All of us are leaders. Perhaps your executive responsibilities flow from your position of authority in your organization. Or maybe you are just called on to plan and manage the direction of your own career and life. No matter the leadership challenge, our founders Frances and Garza Baldwin bring to coaching a focus on the personal development of our clients and a passion for fueling their leadership by helping them discover and unleash their potential for positive change.

We will design our services to meet the needs of our client. For example:

One-on-One Coaching

We offer our services to organizations that seek coaching for high potential professionals or executives to accelerate their development, to facilitate the onboarding of new executives, to address potentially derailing behaviors, or to otherwise enhance leadership performance.

Team Coaching

We offer coaching services designed to improve the functioning of teams. Through assessing characteristics of individual team-members, observing team dynamics and designing and helping execute programs for addressing needed change, we can enhance team performance.

Leadership Development Program Design or Delivery

We offer classroom training, either blended with the organization’s existing leadership development program or co-designed with the client to achieve the leadership development goals of the organization. In particular, we are experienced in delivering leadership development programs based on the work of Patrick Lencioni, including his Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Advantage. We also provide all-important follow-up coaching to enable the organization’s leaders to absorb and put into day-to-day action the principal take-aways of the leadership development training.

Assessment and Follow-Through

We offer a variety of assessments of behavior, skills, performance and preferences (that is, attitudes, thought patterns and personalities) to enhance a client’s self-awareness and to establish a map for coaching engagements. These assessments include conventional online and narrative 360-degree, DISC and personality assessments. Frances is certified in the DISC personality assessment, the Executive Assessment Institute’s Talent Management System® and Leadership Circle® 360. Garza is certified in the Leadership Circle® 360 and the WorkPlace Big Five Profile® personality assessment.

The Daring Way™ Workshop

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential curriculum based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, who spent 12 years studying vulnerability, courage, worthiness, and shame. The methodology is designed to help people show up, be seen, and live braver lives. All material in the curriculum was prepared using the words of the individuals studied, which is why the approach is so relatable. The workshop examines the culture of scarcity, comparison, and shame which is so prevalent in our culture today. The participants learn ways to move forward into empathy, self-compassion, and wholehearted living. Frances, who is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, offers programs in several formats, including:
